Engineer Rouah was at a Miami Heat game when he witnessed another fan suffer a cardiac arrest. He performed CPR until the City of Miami Fire Department arrived. The individual regained a pulse and was discharged from the hospital. Thanks to the care rendered on the scene, this individual’s life was saved.
