Ordinance 83-23 Public Hearing
ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS:
WHAT THE ORDINANCE ACCOMPLISHES:
The Ordinance authorizes the issuance of not to exceed $100,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of water and sewer revenue bonds, series 2023 of the City of Cape Coral, Florida to finance costs of the acquisition, construction and equipping of various capital improvements to the City's water and sewer utility system, pledging the herein described pledged funds to secure the payment of the principal of, redemption premium, if any, and interest on such bonds and provides for certain rights of the holders of such bonds.
