SUMMARY EXPLANATION AND BACKGROUND:

Vacancy:  One Vacancy (Appointed by Council)

The Committee shall include one representative from at least six of the categories listed in Section 2 of Resolution 181-20. Currently, membership has 8 of the 11 categories filled.

 

Vacant Categories:

(b) Banking or Mortgage Banking industry

(c) Areas of labor activity engaged in home building

(f) Not-for-profit provider of affordable housing

 

Applications received:  Two

  1. Landis, Kathy - qualifies for category currently not vacant (i) Resident (Citizen at Large)

 

  1. McGrail, Kevin - requires 2/3's vote due to current position on the Community Development Block Grant/Citizens Advisory Board - qualifies for categories not currently vacant (i) Resident (Citizen at Large) and (k) essential personnel.

 

Advertisement:  This vacancy was advertised on 5/26/2023, 6/9/2023, 7/19/2023, and 8/9/2023 in the Breeze and posted on the City's website and social media outlets.
