Ordinance 87-23 Set Public Hearing for November 1, 2023
ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS:
WHAT THE ORDINANCE ACCOMPLISHES:
The Ordinance authorizes the issuance of not to exceed $15,000,000 in principal amount of Stormwater Utility Revenue Bonds of the City of Cape Coral, Florida to finance costs of the acquisition, construction and equipping of various capital improvements to the City's Stormwater Utility System, pledges the herein described pledged funds to secure the payment of the debt service of the Bonds, and provides for certain rights of the holders of the Bonds.
